Terms and cancellation policy

1. Single rides (regular dates)
Applies to one-way transfers and hourly bookings of one vehicle on regular dates. The window is counted from the pickup time you booked.

| Less than 1 hour before pickup, or no-show | 100% of the fare |
If your flight is delayed we adjust the pickup to the actual landing time at no charge. If we cancel, you receive a full refund.
2. Event dates, events and multi-day bookings
Bookings on the following dates, and any event, corporate program, wedding, roadshow, booking of 3 or more vehicles or of 2 or more days, are not booked through the online price calculator. Because we reserve drivers and vehicles for you and turn other work away, they are confirmed by a separate written event agreement with its own pricing, deposit and cancellation terms.

- Art Basel Miami Beach week (2026-12-01 to 2026-12-07)
- New Year's Eve (2026-12-30 to 2027-01-01)
- Miami Open tennis (2027-03-14 to 2027-03-28)
- Miami Music Week and Ultra (2027-03-22 to 2027-03-28) dates to be confirmed
- Tortuga Music Festival (Fort Lauderdale) (2027-04-02 to 2027-04-04) dates to be confirmed
- Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix (2027-04-30 to 2027-05-03) dates to be confirmed
