How early should we book for event weeks?
As early as possible. Art Basel and holidays sell out first.
What is your cancellation policy?
Single rides on regular dates can be cancelled free of charge up to 3 hours before pickup. Event dates (Art Basel, Formula 1, Halloween, New Year's Eve, Ultra and similar) and multi-day or corporate bookings are handled by a separate written agreement. See the full policy.
